Tribe Effect has worked on dozens of political, public affairs, public relations, specialty marketing and grassroots campaigns on behalf of Fortune 50 companies, trade associations, non-profit organizations and national and state level candidates. The team has worked in states and regions coast to coast and led national movements and campaigns. Tribe Effect applies its expertise in campaign development and organization offline to an online, interactive, action and results driven support community.

Tribe Effect was founded in 2009. Christine currently serves as Social Media Director and manages the social action network and online field representative team for the Pickens Plan campaign for energy independence. This role includes development, management of seven Regional Directors and activation of a 50 state grassroots network of 1.5 million supporters organized using social networking technology, video messaging and other forms of online communication. Dani directs and guides a volunteer team of leaders covering a significant number of Western states including California and the U.S. Territories. Tribe Effect Strategic Partner Heather Lauer serves as the Online Campaign Director for the Pickens Plan directing the online make-up and content including the video communication, email communication and action alert center on both the website and the integrated social action network.

The program has led volunteer activists to take action locally by recruiting supporters, garnering local earned media, contacting elected officials, participating in online events and hosting in-district meet-ups, among other various activities that helped the Pickens Plan achieve its goals.
